Midsummer Station

Finally the second part of my trip! For the last few days in Japan, we went out on a road trip to Nagano-Matsumoto to be immersed in nature. Our main destination was the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route, and I never had expected that it would be so cold up there, I wore freaking shorts and sandals (damn logic). But it was worthed since the view was breathtaking. Then we stayed one night in Matsumoto to experience onsen. Even though I went to Japan twice already (this is my third time) I never once experienced it because I won't freaking get naked with some random people. Definitely shamelessly tried it then or else it would be so regretful. It felt really good and I had a tight sleep that night. The next day on our way back to Narita, we stopped by some places and my favorite was Heidi's Village. Dazzling flowers, fun Swiss folk music, and the architecture was mini and cozy. I love the overall ambience of it! We can do fun activities in there as well, such as catching fish (we can even grill them), shopping for flowers, and visiting the adorable Heidi's Museum.  Then we visited some wasabi field and ate some wasabi flavored food, and finally Fujikyu Highland! Though there were many thrilling rides that I'm excited about, I didn't ride any because it was scorching hot and the queue was freaking, freaking long. Like I'd rather do souvenir shopping. Back to Narita to stay a night because we need to catch a place to Hongkong the morning after.
